Talking about mexican culture, our names are made of a name and two last names, they come from the father and the mother respective.
In the case of Russia, they have two last names too, but both are come from the father, the first one is the father's last name, and the second one is the father's name with a sufix. When they get marri, the wife get the husband last name.
